Mmm...Normandy Apple tart with vanilla and Earl Grey ice-cream accompanied by Darjeeling first flush tea.
TWG has several restaurants in Bangkok and elsewhere in Asia. My waitress informed me they had about 400 different teas. They have a good menu doing full meals, desserts and high teas. The service is great as it generally is in more upmarket places in Thailand.
....and the apple tart was perfect!
