The Meat and Wine Co
If you are looking from a great steak in Perth city as I was then I can Recommend The Meat and Wine Co at 108 St Georges Terrace.
The food is great but as you would expect from the name of the restaurant the steaks are excellent and the wine list is exceptional! The steaks are aged from 120 days to 450 days.
I had a New Yorker 300 gm cooked MR with chips, peppercorn sauce and a side of sautéed greens. It was by far the best tasting steak I have had in ages.
Prior to my steak, for my entrée I ate the Whisky cured salmon, truffle oil, cauliflower custard cream. Delicate tasting but delicious.
