Found a good hotel in Perth Western Australia

I have been doing some travelling lately in connection with my new job. I have been spending some time in the Western Australian capitol city, Perth.
There are tons of great places to eat and stay in the CBD. 

I usually stay at the Mont Clare Boutique Apartments in East Perth on Hay street. They are quite comfortable, have full kitchen, dish washer, washing machine and clothes dryer in the apartments*.

There is a free bus (Cat bus) that goes into the city center. There are 4 Cat buses that travel around the city centre. There are some car hire places around the corner on Bennet street as well.

There are shops up at the corner. There are several restaurants, one Thai, an Asian noodle shop, an Italian restaurant, a kebab shop and a couple of cafes. There is a BWS alcohol shop and a drive through bottle shop, a rather dilapidated pub,a post office and a chemist.

Further up the street is a pub which I often go to, The Grosvenor Hotel. It is fresh and popular anddoes good high-end pub food.
